Lymphatic therapy

Updated: Jul 29, 2022

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage therapy has shown to decrease cosmetic surgery post-op recovery time. When done frequently, it helps increase lymphatic flow and boost the immune system, and helps to reduce susceptibility to infection.

Not only does MLD support post-op care, it is effective in individuals that experience edema in their legs, feet or arms from other underlying conditions or causes. MLD is a whole body therapeutic and supports healthy immune function in the body and the lymphatic system. MLD is safe for most anyone. But is NOT recommended for anyone who suffers from active cancers affecting the blood, the skin or the lymphatic system itself, just to name a few.

Always seek the advice of your physician before getting an MLD massage.
